Our jerky is seasoned and salt cured with a mildly spicy, hot, peppercorn flavor. Made only from lean whole-muscle prime cuts such as London Broil, sirloin and whole sirloin tip (never chopped or formed) and dehydrated slowly, the old-fashioned way. Once you taste it, you’ll be back for more!
Ingredients include: beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hickory smoke flavoring, red pepper flakes, freshly cracked peppercorns, salt and other select seasonings and herbs.
